We direct bill for all services covered under the Alberta Health Care Insurance Plan (AHCIP). Please note that there were optometric fee cuts after the Government of Alberta's Opto35 bulletin took effect on February 1, 2025, so your exam may require a copay for services that used to be fully covered. Our office does not charge a copay for services rendered to children.
